The Monday morning classes are both small and nurturing groups, with a maximum of 4 students. This 10.30am session is especially for students who are 70+, to allow us to work at a gentle pace. Whilst everyone is unique in terms of where their body is at, my current students have really enjoyed being a part of a "mature" group, where without the pressures of younger students, they can build confidence and slowly increase mobility, flexbility and strength. If you are unsure whether this session would be suitable for you, or you have any concerns, please do get in touch to discuss. The sessions are held in my loft studio in Neston, with views out over the fields. I offer this class as I know there are many people who, for a variety of different reasons, prefer not to attend a big group class. The small class size ensures you will receive ample attention, you are able to ask questions in relation to alignment and you can move at a pace you are comfortable with. There are many reasons you may prefer a smaller group. You may be recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise after a break. You may be dealing with a chronic health condition, or you just prefer the more intimate dynamic of a small group. Whatever the reason, these classes offer a friendly, gentle and personable alternative to a large, group class. Classes are one hour long and booked in monthly blocks, working out at £15 per class.
All classes and events must be booked in advanced and paid for online to guarantee a space. Class fees cannot be refunded, but if a class is missed and there is a suitable class for the lesson to be made up, this can be agreed at the discretion of Yogamagic. While Yogamagic endeavours to provide 100% reliability of its lessons, there are times when accidents, sickness or issues with the venue occur. Where this is due to the teachers ill-health or personal circumstances every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher. If this is not possible, an extra session will be offered, or if this is not possible, a refund will be provided. If, in very rare circumstances, classes cannot go ahead due to events outside of Yogamagic's control (see examples given below), a refund will not be given, unless at Yogamagic's discretion. Examples may include, but are not limited to, are severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services. Outside Classes - Adverse Weather - Unfortunately, due to the British weather classes may need to be cancelled. If there is space in a future outdoor class, a booking can be carried over (please contact me at Jane@yogamagic.co.uk to arrange this). Otherwise you can bank the class on credit until a space is available or alternatively, a full refund can be made.
