Single Class - Building Balance
Class Description
🌟 Improve Your Balance 🌟 Join our Thursday afternoon weekly Balance Class, where we blend the serenity of Yoga, the power of Strength Work, and the fluidity of Qigong-style movement to slowly increase your functional strength & balance. No experience is required - each student works from where they are and the majority require a wall or chair to help with many of the exercises. This group yoga class is inclusive & supportive, created especially for older students. Whilst everyone is unique in terms of where their body is at, my current students have really enjoyed being a part of a mature group. Without the pressures of younger students, they have felt more comfortable. If you are unsure whether this session would be suitable for you, or you have any concerns, please do get in touch to discuss. Classes are held at St Patrick's Hall, Park Lane, in Corsham. There is plenty of parking.

Cancellation Policy
'All classes and events must be booked in advance and paid for online to guarantee a space. Class fees cannot be refunded. While Yogamagic endeavours to provide 100% reliability of its lessons, there are times when accidents, sickness or issues with the venue occur. Where this is due to the teachers ill-health or personal circumstances every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher. If this is not possible, an extra session will be made up at the end of term, or if this is not possible, a refund will be provided. If, in very rare circumstances, classes cannot go ahead due to events outside of Yogamagic's control a refund will not be given, unless at Yogamagic's discretion.
