Class Description
This friendly and welcoming group yoga class is inclusive & supportive, a lovely way to connect with others, whilst supoorting mental & physical wellbeing. This class includes an hour's chair yoga followed by a cup of tea, slice of cake and some hearty chatter & laughter (if you would like to come and do the yoga and then pop off, that's fine too, as not everyone stays each week). Who is Chair Yoga for? Chair yoga is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of yoga & movement, but find getting up & down from the floor challenging. In January classes will have a particular focus on bone and joint health, which can be tricky to support, as we become more sedantary with age. No yoga experience necessary. Classes are held at Derriads Lane Scout Hut in Chippenham - plenty of parking on surrounding roads.

Cancellation Policy
'All classes and events must be booked in advance and paid for online to guarantee a space. Class fees cannot be refunded. While Yogamagic endeavours to provide 100% reliability of its lessons, there are times when accidents, sickness or issues with the venue occur. Where this is due to the teachers ill-health or personal circumstances every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher. If this is not possible, an extra session will be made up at the end of term, or if this is not possible, a refund will be provided. If, in very rare circumstances, classes cannot go ahead due to events outside of Yogamagic's control a refund will not be given, unless at Yogamagic's discretion.
