Small Group Yoga
 

I run small and nurturing group classes, with a maximum of 4 students. Classes are held in my home loft studio, in Elley Green, overlooking the fields of Neston.   The small class size ensures you will receive ample attention, you are able to ask questions in relation to alignment and you can move at a pace you are comfortable with.

There are many reasons you may prefer a smaller group. You may be recovering from an injury, or returning to exercise after a break. You may be dealing with a chronic health condition, or you may just prefer the more intimate dynamic of a small group. A smaller group of the same people each week may also offer you some  reassurance in our Covid world. 

 Whatever the reason, these classes offer a friendly, gentle and personable alternative to larger group classes.   As well as the 1:4 classes on my timetable, I have capacity for private 1:4 (or smaller) groups, so if you have a group of friends you would like to share your practice with, please drop me a message.  

Classes are one hour long and booked in monthly blocks, working out at £15 per class. If booking a private small group class, one session is £60 (divided between the number of students attending).

One to One Yoga Sessions

My one to one sessions are all about  you and your personal needs and each class is tailored to how you  feel week on week.  These sessions are particularly beneficial and supportive if you are suffering from an injury or long term health condition, where your physical and emotional wellbeing can often be up and down.  They are also great for students who wish to develop any aspect of their practice away from a larger group class, or for building confidence, if perhaps you've been away from yoga for a while.  Classes include breathwork, movement and relaxation and can vary from slow, gentle nourishing movement to an active and energising session.  Whatever your body and mind needs in that moment.    I can also provide you with a tailored routine to start to build your own home practice, if that is something you are keen to do.

10 Sessions  £400
Block bookings must be used within 3 months (5 sessions) or 6 months (10 sessions). Payment is required in advance. Minimum 24 hours notice is required in the event of a cancellation, otherwise the full session fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
