Class Description
This group yoga class is inclusive & supportive, created especially for older students. Whilst everyone is unique in terms of where their body is at, my current students have really enjoyed being a part of a mature group. Without the pressures of younger students, they have felt more comfortable, which has enabled them to build confidence, gently increase mobility, flexibility, strength & balance, whilst learning tools to help relax and calm the mind. In these sessions we use a whole host of props, so that each student can support their body wherever they may be on any particular day. It is not unusual for there to be half of the students using chairs and others using the wall for support. We close the class with a lovely relaxation or meditation, so that you will leave feeling calm & relaxed. All levels are welcome - lots of options are given to allow you to work at your own pace, whatever your level. If you are unsure whether this session would be suitable for you, or you have any concerns, please do get in touch to discuss. Classes are held at St Patrick's Hall, Park Lane, in Corsham. There is plenty of parking. Classes are run as a course in half termly blocks, working out at £9 a class.

Cancellation Policy
'All classes and events must be booked in advance and paid for online to guarantee a space. Class fees cannot be refunded. While Yogamagic endeavours to provide 100% reliability of its lessons, there are times when accidents, sickness or issues with the venue occur. Where this is due to the teachers ill-health or personal circumstances every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher. If this is not possible, an extra session will be made up at the end of term, or if this is not possible, a refund will be provided. If, in very rare circumstances, classes cannot go ahead due to events outside of Yogamagic's control a refund will not be given, unless at Yogamagic's discretion.
